Saturday, April 6, 2019 noon. Foraging for Desert Foods.
We will start at the gardens where you will be able to sample some of the items we will be collecting and get hand outs on processing and using these items. Then we will tour the gardens to find them and pick them. We will also travel to other areas in the city where you can find these items as well. Wear comfortable clothing and bring containers to carry your harvest home. We hope this will be the first of quarterly presentations.
